Accessibility Statement.

Effective date: 2 January 2026. Last updated: 2 January 2026.

1. Our commitment

1.1Melonade Management ("Melonade", "we", "us", "our") is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies.

1.2This statement applies to this website.

2. The standard we aim to meet

2.1We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

3. Measures we have taken

3.1We have taken the following measures to make this website accessible.

(a)Colour contrast: we have measured the contrast of every piece of text on the website against the background behind it, on laptop and phone screen sizes, against the WCAG contrast requirements.

(b)Keyboard use: links, buttons and form fields can be reached and used with a keyboard, a "Skip to content" link leads directly to the main content, and a visible outline shows which element has focus.

(c)Forms: every field on our enquiry form has a visible label. If information is missing or incorrect, the form explains the problem in words next to the relevant field, and the message is linked to that field for screen reader users.

(d)Images: photographs of creators have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies.

(e)Motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, the moving background glow is switched off and animated text is shown in full.

(f)Reflow and zoom: pages adapt to screens as narrow as 320 pixels and can be zoomed without content being lost and without sideways scrolling.

(g)Structure: pages use headings, landmarks and a consistent menu in the same order on every page, and the language of each page is declared.

4. Compatibility

4.1The website is built with standard HTML and is designed to work with current versions of widely used browsers, including Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, and with the accessibility features built into modern operating systems, such as screen readers and zoom.

5. Known limitations

5.1Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible.

(a)Some text is placed over colours that change gradually down the page. We have measured the contrast at each point, but if you find any text difficult to read, please let us know.

(b)The approach headline on the home page reveals its words as you scroll. The full text is available to screen readers at all times and is shown in full when reduced motion is enabled.

(c)Links to other websites, such as Instagram, lead to content that we do not control and that may not meet the same standard.

6. How we assess accessibility

6.1We have assessed this website ourselves, using automated measurement of the colour contrast of every piece of text, keyboard-only testing, checks at a range of screen widths down to 320 pixels, and checks with reduced motion enabled. We will review this statement whenever we make significant changes to the website.

7. Feedback and contact

7.1If you have difficulty using any part of the website, or if you need information in a different format such as large print or plain text, please contact us at hello@melonademanagement.com. Please tell us the web address of the page, the problem you found and the format you need.

7.2We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five working days. This is an aim rather than a guarantee, and we will keep you informed if a response takes longer.

8. Enforcement

8.1We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website and will consider every report we receive. If you are not satisfied with our response, please contact us again so that we can look into your concern further.

9. Date of this statement

9.1This statement was prepared on 2 January 2026 and was last reviewed on 2 January 2026.
